You won’t always need this kind of help, of course, especially if you have an in-house creative department. But when you need to develop a new production, perhaps one involving foreign languages or a foreign audience, or one that must deal accurately with historical, international, military, or technical issues, we’re here to help.

Content Review and Copy Editing
Do you have a script from your creative team that seems ready to go, but you want an outside review and “sanity check” – before you incur the costs of paying for voice talent and studio time – to ensure that it will be well received by your target audience? Our copy editors will quickly and expertly review your script, flagging any seeming grammatical or factual errors and alerting you to any potential cross-cultural landmines or other potential misperceptions. Armed with our feedback, you (and your client, if you’re supporting one) then can confidently make the final call. If you’d then like to have help with making revisions, we’ll gladly do that for you, too.
AI Integration
We’re unapologetic believers in and advocates for the power of the human voice. But we’re also believers in technology, and artificial intelligence is making all kinds of work tasks easier – without necessarily making creative outputs better. Nevertheless, you may have some projects that lend themselves to the application of AI-powered tools.

Robust In-House Capabilities
While we are fortunate to have a great relationship with a nearby, professional recording studio, we save our clients time and money by being able to handle virtually every voice acting and voiceover need in our in-house, acoustically treated studio.
- Microphones: Neumann TLM-102, Shure SM-7dB, Audio-Technica AT2020.
- Interfaces: Solid State Logic SSL 2, and assorted channel strips for specialized projects.
- DAWs: We prefer Audacity for its versatility and ease of use, but also can work in Adobe Audition. For overdubbing, we prefer Reaper.
- Main Production System: Intel Core i7 64-bit processor, running Windows 11 at 1.90-2.11 GHz. Our connectivity typically meets or exceeds 110 Mbps downstream, and 83 Mbps upstream.
- Principal Real-Time Collaboration Applications: Source-Connect, Teams, Zoom, Hangouts, Skype.
Full-Spectrum Solutions
In a majority of cases, we can satisfy all of your voice recording needs in our well-equipped in-house facilities and send you finished audio files for use by your production team. If you’re on a tight budget or have limited in-house talent, we can create voiceovers with appropriate audio beds (such as music or sound effects) and send you a professional finished product.
Need more comprehensive support than you can cover on your own? While we don’t do highly complex post-production work in-house or have the ability in-house to record multiple voice actors simultaneously, we have a relationship with a professional, full-service recording studio located just a few miles from our headquarters.
